Collateral Loans are when you provide us with an item with value and borrow a percentage towards it over a 30 day period. At the end of your 30 day period you can choose to pick up the item or renew it and keep the item with us for another 30 days. Renewals can happen as many times as you like or until you are able to pick it up.

Collateral loans are pawns under a singular person’s name and will not be returned to anyone else. While you are the only one able to pick up your item any one is able to come in and renew it should you be unable to come in. If a situation arises that you use your 30 day period and not return to pick up or renew your item it will then be placed for sale in the store.

In order to receive a loan identification is required. The following is acceptable:

• Native Status Card
• Provincial Driver’s License
• Provincial Photo Card
• Passport
• Citizenship Card
• CSC Release Card

Picking up your item is quick and easy. Simply come into the store and inform a staff member you are here to pick up and all we require is the piece of identification you originally provided plus the payment. Pickups can be paid in either cash or interact (one form of payment only I.e. All cash or all interact)
